Our Founder

Heeton Group founder Mr Toh Khai Cheng was a director of the Company from its inauguration in July 1976 up to his retirement in December 2021. Mr Toh was involved in property development and investment for more than four decades, overseeing the growth of Heeton from a small-scale entrepreneur through to its emergence as a prime property developer and its listing on the Singapore stock exchange in 2003. Since then the Group has expanded its activities overseas and today presides over a growing international portfolio of multi-class properties.
